MMI INTERMEDIATE - PRECISON RIFLE & LONG RANGE ENGAGEMENT COURSE LOCATION: MMI TACTICAL SHOOTING RANGE - WEST ODESSA, TX DURATION: 8 HOURS This precision shooting course designed for entry to mid level marksmen, but it is highly encouraged and recommended for those who have little or no formal long range training to attend. We promote a friendly and professional environment that puts new shooters at ease. A fast-paced course, it will begin with firearms safety and rapidly transition into equipment comprehension, fundamentals of marksmanship, basic ballistics, wind reading, range estimation, moving targets, and target engagements to 1000 yards. Students that complete the course will have basic proficiency in firearm safety, and marksmanship fundamentals, a combined knowledge of their personal capabilities with their equipment, and systematic training methods for future progression.
